Meet Fennel, another part of the Spice Rack. Often referred to as the OTHER "special little guy" from this group (since Oscar is the real "special" one), he spends his days as a rainbow-loving demolitions expert. Fun-loving, laid-back and rather easily embarrassed, Fennel is definitely one of a kind ^__^ He'll be shelled as a Volks SSD17 Shirou Tachibana, coming soon to Level 13 ^_^
